I inherited my mother's wedding set that she had worn for 50 years and it was very special to me but just not my style. Warren Jewelers designed me a new ring using my mother's gold and diamonds and I am so happy! I am able to wear it and still keep the memories of my mother. Great assistance and results to design your own jewelry When you have an idea of what you would like to see and the jeweler understands that and doesn't try to push you into something they want-but allow you to do your own thing-that's great! Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder. I absolutely LOVE my ring. Shirlee was wonderful! She helped us save $$ and I got what I wanted.

No Jewelers Like Them Anywhere!!! Tara is absolutely amazing! The customer service is unlike anywhere else. No pressure sales, they enjoy helping you to find just the perfect piece for your needs. They will even help you to design what you are wanting. I truly enjoyed working with Tara and the other ladies there. My ring is more perfect than my husband or I could ever have thought possible. They took our own drawings and breathed life into them creating a ring unlike anything else.

Dante was the designer helping me create my master piece engagement ring! He was very patient and skillful and did not try to pressure sell me! He showed me what I wanted and tried to stick to my price range! I got, what i believe to be, the best ring that's come out of that store!!! I absolutely love it and so does my fiance... Pros: excellent prices - expert design team Cons: the down side is you never wanna leave!

Rarely am I compelled to modify or update a review of any kind. However, based on the exceptional response to my initial review and the concern and response from Warren Jewelers, it is clear that this organization is very serious about customer care and promoting good will with their customer base. A few days after my original review, I was contacted by Mark from Warren Jewelers. Mark is the gemologist and obviously a senior member of their leadership team. Mark offered a genuine apology for my poor experience, and listened very carefully as I repeated what had occurred upon my first visit. Mark informed me that the individual who created the situation was no longer employed by his organization. I stated that my intent was not to have an employee terminated, but only to enlighten other potential customers as to my own personal experience. As Mark stated to me, this individual failed to follow several procedures and policies, which are in place to ensure exceptional customer service. I told Mark that it was obvious that a process deficiency, or several, had occurred. He concurred and explained to me what had happened. Mark asked me if there was anything they could do to ensure my satisfaction and loyalty. I responded that I did not want anything, but I would be willing to give them another opportunity to make a repair for me. Mark invited me to the store to meet him in person and to assist me. I arrived at the store later that afternoon and was greeted by Jackie, one of the managers. She was well aware of the situation and also offered a very warm and sincere apology on behalf of Warren Jewelers. I was introduced to Mark, and we enjoyed a 45 minute conversation. Mark gave me wonderful insight as to various aspects of the jewelry business. We discussed what needed to be done to my broken watch, and Mark gave me several options. In addition, Mark inspected the rings I was wearing, and even reshaped and cleaned one of the rings as a courtesy. He completed some paperwork for the watch, and said he would call in a few days when it was done. I received a call the following morning, and returned to retrieve my watch. Wow! The repair was perfect as promised; the watch had a new battery and was cleaned. I was truly shocked that the charge was only $15. Needless to say, my expectations were far exceeded. Jackie was very inviting, ensured the watch repair was as I expected, and spent about 20 minutes showing me various pieces of jewelry I was interested in for a future purchase. I received a call from Mark a few days later, inquiring as to my satisfaction and thanked me for giving them an opportunity to assist me again. There are many times when retail associates and managers simply go through the motions to respond to a complaint or concern, and it is always very evident. In this case, I have no doubt whatsoever that the care, concern, and excellent service and response were genuine and that the service delivered this time was indeed their standard, not the exception. Based on this latest event, I can honestly recommend Warren Jewelers for purchases and repairs. Mark and Jackie are wonderful people and experts at what they do. Thank you to both of you!

This place is great. It is one of the first places, if not the first place, to take in your old jewelery and credit your new purchase with what your old stuff is worth. Gold or diamonds, it don't matter, they will recycle your old jewelery in to new jewelery. And they have lifetime up grades on the jewelery that they sell. That's always nice. When I needed to get my wife her wedding ring I went to this place. They took in my old rings no problem. I picked out a nice blank ring ( no diamonds yet ) and had them customize it. They have jewelers on site to do the work. After they customized it I picked out the diamonds I wanted and they mounted them. The ring came out just beautiful. She loves her one of a kind ring. Then a couple of years later she wanted another ring to go with this ring so it would look like a wedding and engagement set. No problem. I went back to Warren Jewelers and showed them her wedding ring and told them what she wanted to have and they made another small ring to match wedding ring. We put four small diamonds it it and it looks very good next to her wedding ring. She gets lots of complements on her rings. If you need some custom jewelery and have some old jewelery that you don't know what to do with, this is the place to go. The staff here is great and the on site jewelers really do a good job. I highly recommend this place.

Great Place to buy jewelry May 09, 2009 I started shopping with Warrens 15 years ago. From the wedding ring, anniversary ring, bracelet, watch I won't shop anywhere else and my children are now customers. It was so much fun designing my anniversary ring and I get so many compliments on it. They clean and inspect my jewelry anytime and take care of any little fixes right on the spot. I highly recommend either location, Kirkland or Burlington.

I've been buying my jewelry from Warren Jewelers for years (both Burlington and Kirkland stores are good). From my right hand ring to celebrate my MBA, to my ?martini? set diamond studs for my promotion, I always come to Warrens for their advice, counsel and high quality jewelry. They really listen to you. They get to know your style and work within your budget to create wonderful pieces of unique jewelry just for you! I love the fact that I walk around wearing jewelry that nobody else has, because it was made custom for me. I get compliments all the time on these beautiful pieces and I?m proud to refer them to Warren Jewelers! Even though I live in Southern California now, I don't trust any other jewelers but Warren's. They are so flexible with me, especially since I can't be there in person. Once I provided them an old ring I wanted updated into something new. I said, "You know me, be creative and make something for me." I gave them my budget and I just let them go with it. They came back with something that was perfect for me, and that I never would have imagined to do myself. So, thanks Warren Jewelers, you're the best!

I have been going to Warren Jewelers for many years and have found them to be very professional, owners and staff friendly, extremely knowledgeable, ethical and trustworthy. I have had several pieces custom designed over the years from the beginning to using some of my existing stones and gold to redesign something new for me. I can tell you they are always unique to my personal tastes. People I don't even know will stop me and remark on how beautiful my rings, necklaces, etc. are and where did I get them. I am always happy to tell them and say, "Don't let distance worry you". When I was living in Texas, even a co-worker of mine had her wedding rings made for she and her husband. With email and digital pictures, along with phone communication, every detail was worked out. We even got to meet the owners as they happened to be vacationing in Houston and hand delivered the wedding ring set personally. The workmanship and quality of the diamonds was just outstanding! We were all blown away. I don't think you find that kind of customer service very often and know for a fact they stand behind every sale. If you aren't completely satisfied, they'll work with you until you are. I guess I could go on and on but would probably run out of space. I urge you to give them a try, you won't be sorry. There isn't a more fair store around.

Most honest jeweler We've worked w/ the owner on a couple occasions of custom work and he was very pleasant to work with. No high pressure, honesty and integrity and really listens to what you want and gives you options to make that happen!
